Romans 12.2 Do not be conformed to the patterns of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Conform : to be alike, to fit in, to resemble
Transformation : comes from a Greek word metamorphoo meaning a
complete change, a permanent change from one state to another.
Transformation is a process of bringing a formation of a new thing in one's life.
The word is speaking about renewing our minds.
The Bible says as a man thinketh so he becomes in proverbs 23:5.
You are a result of your thinking. You can be able to bring a transformation in your job, family, ministry, relationship, business or any setup. All you need is a change of your mindset.
You think you become. You can experience a paradigm shift in all of your life. This means you are the boss of your destiny. All you need is to align yourself to the mindset of God.
Need of a transformation, just align yourself to the word of God and you will become the person you have been willing to be.
